Cet épisode marque la révéllation de Lucas au sujet de sa cardiomyopathie à sa mère et aux Ravens. Entre autre on apprends grace à un mauvais coup de Brooke que Rachel a eu affaire à la chirurgie estétique car elle était obèse plus jeune. Micro et Rachel se rapproche et échange un baiser mais le bonheur est de courte durée pour le jeune homme qui trouve bientôt la jolie rousse en compagnie d'un autre homme, Cooper de retour à Tree Hill afin de veiller sur sa soeur.

Lucas allongé sur son lit reçoit un étrange sms lui disant de se rendre au Lycée...arrivée sur place il rencontre Rachel qui lui informe qu'une fête à été organisée afin que tout le monde se détende...cette scène est accompagnée de "Break your mama's Back" des Slow Runner.
