Brooke, Haley et Peyton se retrouvent en prison après avoir volé les créations de Brooke. Dan et Karen continuent leur compétition pour être le maire de Tree Hill. Lucas avertit Deb qu'il sait que c'est elle qui a tenté de tuer Dan. Chris et Nathan vont faire une partie de poker ensemble afin de trouver les fonds pour payer la chanson de Haley.

"Holiday" de Doctor Kosmos est la chanson complétement délirante que l'on entend dans la voiture de Nathan lorsque le lecteur de musique se coince...On se souvient l'avoir entendu dans la saison 2 lorsque Nathan et Lucas vont faire des examens.
